Customer reviews
What our customers say
I found this company accidentally and I couldn't be happier that I did. Not only did Ken help me refurbish my pool vac but he got me squared away with a variable speed pump when my old, loud energy sucker conked out! Anytime I've had an issue he's been quick to get on it and helped me troubleshoot my breaker issue on his day off! Couldn't ask for better customer service!
Jen P.Variable-speed pool pump
Pool motor failed(screaming loud) contacted fresh and clear, they were approved thru Nevada power as an authorized company to install new variable speed pool motor. The person that answered the phone was polite and listened; sent an email. To pre-approve costs & schedule with me. Their serviceman showed up on time with a call ahead. He also was down-to-earth, polite, and professional. Upon returning home after my own workday, I found the system completed, working and he even painted my replaced PVC grey to match other pipes. Very overall happy with this company. Will use them again if I can't do something myself.
David C.Variable-speed pool pump
Excellent service! The tech and the receptionist I talked to were amazing. They were assigned as the second company through my warranty because the first company could not figure out what was wrong during the first 5 visits. Fresh and clear came out, fixed it the first time, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I will use them outside of warranty-related problems from now on!
