A chemical controller reads the water continuously and feeds chemicals in small, measured amounts. Hand testing only shows the water at the moment of the visit.

No. A controller keeps chemistry steadier between visits, but the pool still needs cleaning, testing and probe maintenance on a regular schedule.
What does ORP measure?
ORP shows how actively the sanitizer is working in the water. The controller uses it with pH to decide when to feed.
Which controller do you recommend?
For commercial pools we recommend the PoolWarden, which can control one or two pools and measures pH, ORP and temperature.
Can you repair our existing controller?
Yes. We service and repair commercial controllers, including Pentair IntelliChem units.
Do you work with HOA and apartment pools?
