Residential visits are available one to five days per week. The schedule for your property is agreed in the service proposal.

How do I get started?

Pool Tile Cleaning
White calcium buildup on your pool tile, coping, stone, or waterfall? We remove calcium deposits with a cleaning approach suited to the surface and its condition. Pool tile bead blasting and media blasting are available when appropriate for your tile. If tile or grout is damaged, we can also help with related repairs.
Pool Pressure Washing
We pressure wash decks and walkways to remove tracks from foot traffic, food spills, and dirt. We can drain your pool, spa, or water feature and pressure wash the interior to loosen dirt and algae without chemically stripping the surface layer of your plaster with muriatic acid. Stains and marks embedded in the plaster may not be able to be removed. See the next section on Acid washing for more information.

Contact us to discuss whether an acid wash is appropriate for your pool finish and the stains you want addressed. We will review the surface condition and explain the expected results before you approve a quote. The proposed work will depend on the finish and condition.
Pool Filter Cleaning
Contact us about Pool Filter Cleaning. We will review your filter type, condition, and manufacturer maintenance guidance to discuss the appropriate cleaning scope. Your quote will state whether filter cleaning is part of routine service or separate work, along with any additional cleaning charges.
