“I received a few estimates to replaster my pool. Fresh and Clear came in the lowest. I don’t always go with the “lowest” bid, but Ashley from Fresh and Clear followed up on the bid. The other companies didn’t even ask if I was interested in their doing the work. Not only was the bid the best, but the customer service was exceptional! I am older and have gotten a bit cynical about how businesses treat their customers. Not the case with Ashley and Jessica. If I called and Jessica answered the phone, she made sure Ashley received the message, and Ashley always called me back as soon as she could. If Ashley emailed me something, she text or called me just to let me know to look for an email. When the work was finished, I used their pool service for the week after it was done, and John was incredible! He worked every day very hard at making my pool sparkle. On the last day, he took the time to answer the multiple questions I had so I could keep the pool looking good by doing the work myself. I don’t generally ever post a review, but Fresh and Clear definitely deserve it! I would recommend this company to anyone!”
